Saus-y!

My best friend Chin is opening a Belgium Street food restaurant on the Freedom Trail near Faneuil Hall which will be serving pommes frites (fries) with a large variety of sauces as well as Liege Waffles with toppings. Being a good supportive friend I've tried out the product and all I can say is that he's found a nice little niche that is missing from the Boston dining scene.

Anyyyywayyy, I've been doing some work for them, some portraits of Chin and the other partners, some food work (with virtually no experience) and covering one of their tastings. Check out some of the stuff that will be on their website and blog!


I wish I could have done better & more set up for the food, but alas hungry growling stomach's beat me out.
